1. Who we are
Lluvia is developed and published by Losmilis, an independent game studio. For anything related to this policy, contact us at [email protected].
2. Data we collect
We collect none. Lluvia does not require an account, login or registration. We do not operate servers that store player profiles, and we have no database of players. Specifically, the game contains:
- No advertising — the game shows no ads and includes no active advertising SDK.
- No analytics or tracking — no analytics service is enabled in the game.
- No free-text chat — in-game character phrases are predefined; players cannot type or send personal content to each other.
- No in-app purchases at this time.
3. Multiplayer networking (Photon)
Lluvia is an online multiplayer game. To connect players into a match, the game uses Photon Fusion, a networking service operated by Exit Games GmbH (Hamburg, Germany). When you play, your device connects to Photon Cloud servers located in the United States, which process:
- Your IP address — required to route your connection;
- Technical connection data — session, room and matchmaking information (for example, which match you are in and your in-game position and actions during play).
This data is used solely to make multiplayer work — matchmaking, relaying gameplay between players, and operating the service. It is processed transiently for the duration of the session; we do not receive it, store it, or link it to your identity. Photon's own privacy practices are described in the Exit Games privacy policy.
4. Data stored on your device only
Your preferences — selected character, language, volume, control sensitivity and similar settings — are saved locally on your device using the operating system's standard app storage. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the game.
5. App stores (Apple & Google)
You download Lluvia through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google may process data on their own platforms (such as purchase history, crash reports or aggregate statistics you opted into at the OS level) under their own privacy policies: Apple Privacy Policy · Google Privacy Policy. We do not control that processing.
6. Summary table
| Data | Purpose | Who processes it | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| IP address & session data | Multiplayer matchmaking and relay | Photon (Exit Games GmbH), US region servers | Duration of the session; not stored by us |
| Local preferences (character, language, settings) | Remember your setup | Your device only | Until you uninstall |
| Anything else | — | Not collected | — |
7. Children
Lluvia is suitable for a general audience and can be played by children. We take this seriously:
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children — or from anyone, as described above.
- The game has no accounts, no free-text chat, no ads and no social features beyond playing a match together.
- The only data processed (IP address, by Photon) is technical, transient and strictly required for online play.
If you are a parent or guardian and have any question or concern, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
8. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent or share personal information with anyone. The only third party involved in gameplay is Photon (Exit Games GmbH), acting as the networking provider described in section 3.
9. Security
Because we do not collect or store personal data, our exposure — and yours — is minimal by design. Multiplayer traffic is handled by Photon's infrastructure using industry-standard practices.
10. Your rights
Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. Local settings can be removed at any time by uninstalling the game. For data processed by Photon, Apple or Google, please refer to their privacy policies linked above. You can always contact us with any privacy request and we will help.
11. Changes to this policy
If the game ever adds features that change what data is processed (for example, accounts or in-app purchases), we will update this policy first and change the effective date at the top of this page.
