Reporting a bug
To help us fix things fast, please include:
- Your device model and OS version (e.g. "Galaxy Z Fold, Android 16" or "iPhone 15, iOS 19");
- What you were doing when it happened (game mode, world, solo or multiplayer);
- A screenshot or screen recording if you can capture one.
On iOS you can also report directly from TestFlight during the beta — screenshots sent that way reach us with full technical context attached.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need an account to play?
- No. Lluvia has no accounts, no login and no registration. Install and play.
- Does multiplayer work between iPhone and Android?
- Yes — Lluvia has full cross-play. Any mix of iOS, iPadOS and Android devices can join the same match.
- I'm getting lag or "connection lost" messages.
- Multiplayer requires a stable internet connection. Matches are relayed through servers in the United States, so distance and unstable Wi-Fi or mobile data can cause latency. If you see the "connection unstable" banner often, try switching networks or moving closer to your router.
- Can I play offline?
- Lluvia is built around online sessions. You can host your own session, but an internet connection is required to start a game.
- How do I delete my data?
- We store nothing about you on any server (see our Privacy Policy). All your settings live on your device — uninstalling the game removes them completely.
- My progress reset between sessions — is that a bug?
- Upgrades and coins are part of each run by design — each new campaign starts fresh. Your character selection and settings are kept between sessions.
